　耳鼻咽喉科で扱うアレルギー疾患の代表疾患は、花粉症に代表されるアレルギー性鼻炎です。耳鼻科ならでは、鼻の中の状態を観察した上で、最良の治療をご提案いたします。 　症例によっては、医療用レーザを使用した、粘膜焼灼術も施行いたします。（レーザ治療については詳細を後述しております。） 点鼻薬 　海外におけるアレルギー性鼻炎の治療では、点鼻薬を第1選択としている国が数多く存在しています。しかし、日本人の国民性（？）か、点鼻薬を好まない方が結構いらっしゃいます。たしかに、電車の中で目薬をさしている人はいても、堂々と点鼻薬を使っているケースは見かけません。耳鼻科医としては、鼻の中の状態から、点鼻薬をぜひおすすめしたい場合も多くあります。 　また、ステロイド系の点鼻薬も、効果が良い上に、体内に吸収されずに鼻の中で分解されるため、全身的な副作用が心配がほとんどありません。ステロイド系の点鼻薬に抵抗を感じる方には、非ステロイド性の抗アレルギー性点鼻薬を適宜使って頂いております。 禁煙補助治療　 sample title sample text sample text sample text sample text sample text 最近は耳鼻咽喉科でもいろいろな治療にレーザを使用します。医療用レーザは主に組織の切開や粘膜の焼灼に使用されます。一般の方々はレーザというと「痛くない、血が出ない、何でもできる夢のような機械」と誤解されることがしばしばみられますが、決してレーザは万能ではありません。　もちろん、適材適所で使用すれば素晴らしい装置であることは事実です。その使用範囲は限られており適応に見合った疾患にだけ使います。 応用例 ・アレルギー性鼻炎(花粉症)の鼻粘膜焼灼術　（注1) ・いびきに対する軟口蓋形成術　（当院では行っていません。） ・鼻ポリープ切除 ・粘膜の腫瘍切除 ・声帯疾患 などがあげられます。 花粉症レーザ治療について　（注1) 花粉症治療のレーザ治療についてお問い合わせを数多く頂いており、その中でも電話で予約が可能かというお問い合わせが多いのですが、全てのケースにレーザ治療が有効であるわけではありません。たとえば、鼻中隔彎曲症が高度の場合、レーザ治療により癒着を起こしてしまいかえって鼻づまりが悪化する場合があります。さらに、レーザ治療後の出血トラブル防止のために血液検査を行います。以上の理由から術前に診察を受けていただいております。 費用は左右の鼻を行う場合、おおよそ次のようになります（３割負担の方の場合） 　初診時：\5,100くらい　（初診料、ﾌｧｲﾊﾞｰｽｺｰﾌﾟ検査、採血検査、処置料金として） 　手術時：\6,300くらい　（再診料、手術料、処方箋料、その他） さらに、「レーザ治療で花粉症が治る！」という誤解を招くような表記を眼にすることがありますが、レーザ治療の効果持続期間はおおよそ１年といわれております。決して、一度の治療で一生効果が持続するものではありません。花粉症は一度のレーザ治療で完全に治る疾患ではないことをご理解下さい。 なお、スギ花粉症対策のためにレーザ治療を行う時期は、前年の12月頃が適当です。スギ花粉飛散後は十分な効果が期待できませんのでご注意下さい。 ※ 通年性アレルギー性鼻炎はいつでも施行可能です。 レーザﾞ手術の流れ　（要予約） 初　診 ：鼻腔形態観察 ・術前血液検査 　↓　1週以降 レーザﾞ手術 ：局所麻酔　→ 手術　→　投薬 　↓　1週後 術後チェック　1 ：術後の処置 （痂皮除去など）
